A cheeky tipple inspired by a cheeky fella!

A decadent small batch liqueur exclusively made for us by Master Distiller ‘Dai Wakely’ in his 300 litre Arnold Holstein copper pot still.

Inspired by the late Peter Woolgar aka ‘Wooly’ who served his country in WW2. He had many colourful exploits during his service and enjoyed a cheeky tipple in the mess. Our liqueur combines his favourite sugar cane base rum, pot stilled in Guyana. Infused with dark chocolate & cold brew blend of Brazilian Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, lengthened with the purest Welsh water.
