A Spooky Bonfire Night Cocktail

Spiced Rum – 25ml

Splash of Cointreau

A whole lime squeezed in, and cranberry juice, served over ice with 2 strawberries split and thrown into garnish

Moist Banana Bread

4 (400g) overripe bananas, mashed

1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons sour cream or plain yoghurt

2/3 cups brown sugar

2 large eggs

1/3 cup walnuts

2 1/2 tablespoons Goslings Black Seal Rum

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
